Product Features

1. Tension control system:uses dancing roller systems with Japanese Fujikura low friction
pneumatic cylinder control.
2. Five-roller coating system, including scraper roller, metering roller, transferring rubber
roller, steel coating roller and coating pressure roller, 1set
3. Coating part, metering roller and transfer rubber roller, each use 1 servomotor+ servo
driver controlled. Its more accuracy in coating amount control;
4. Machine structure, we use 80mm thickness solid steel, machine weight 14-15tons, strong machine body to make sure more stable high speed working, max working speed
500m/min.
